Greetings Floor Dealers!

Now is a great time to use the Joint Ventures program in my system.   Why?  Because business owners are freaking out!  Even if they are personally doing well, there is so much neurotic negativity in the media, that many are wondering, “Will I be the next one to bite the dust?”

Business owners, now more than ever, are looking for solutions.

If you’ve been in the Inner Circle Club for any length of time, and are farming you’re herd of past clients, using the Design Audit, and other systems, you are light years ahead of most business owners in terms of sales and marketing.  Compared to them, you are an expert!  Leverage this!

You have the tools and the know-how to approach them with a whole menu of mutually beneficial ideas:

  • Refer each other’s businesses
  • Mention each other in your newsletters (educate them on why they should be using a newsletter)
  • Employee paychecks—insert specials, newsletters, etc., into the paycheck envelopes of employees.  Include offers “Exclusively For Employees of Raintree Car Wash!”
  • Network with like-minded, service-oriented business for intensive joint ventures, like mailing to each other’s database of past clients.
  • Etc.

By doing this, you can leverage each others’ biggest assets (client database) at very little cost.  These kinds of strategic alliances are becoming more and more necessary in the Emerging New Economy.  The old ways of gaining clients—chasing prospects with cold marketing like newspaper, yellow pages, etc.—are becoming ever more expensive.  But most business owners have no idea what else to do to create client-flow.  You DO know what to do.  Use this knowledge to help them, and at the same time help yourself.

Every relationship with another business is valuable, even if they never do a marketing joint venture with you.  If all they do is send you referrals, great!

Let’s say your average ticket is $3,000.  If you had 10 joint venture partners each referring you a measly 4 clients per year, that’s an extra $120,000 per year with virtually NO marketing costs!  (My Joint Venture system shows exactly how I set up 12 joint ventures in 90 days with no cold calling.)

20 JV partners:  $240,000/yr.
30 JV partners: $360,000/yr.

This is so powerful that it’s worth hiring assigning the Joint Venture system full time to one of your sales people.

This is the essence of setting up permanent oil wells that produce forever, vs. chasing oil cans. And oil wells are another BIG recession buster!
