In this installment we’ll cover the “During” phase of your client relationship.

During

“During” covers all the systems used during the buying & installation process.  Your “During” systems should be designed to AUTOMATICALLY do four vital tasks:

  • Provide a WOW experience for your clients during the buying and installation process.
  • Turn your new clients into raving “cheerleaders” for your store, spreading the word about your service.
  • Generate lots of referrals from each job. Therefore each job can produce one new job; that job produces a job; etc., etc., etc., setting up a referral “daisy chain.”
  • Give you “Walk Away Power”—the confidence to “walk away” from your store for days, weeks, even months at a time (vacations, travel, personal time) and KNOW that it’s running like a well-oiled machine, and making you money even while you’re gone.

If you are a Platinum member, then you have access to the “World Class Installation System,” which is designed to do all four of these jobs and run on “auto-pilot.”  You should definitely implement this system into your business if you haven’t already.  If you are not  a Platinum member, then use the above four elements as a guide as you create your “During” system.
